微柱凝胶间接抗球蛋白法在输血前抗体筛选中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的 :评估微柱凝胶技术在输血前不规则抗体筛选中应用的价值。方法 :取3~5份O型供者红细胞 ,混合、洗涤 ,自制成不规则抗体筛检细胞。用传统的试管抗人球技术和微柱凝胶抗人球技术对4150份受血者血样作抗体筛选双盲平行试验 ,分析、评价两种技术的检出率。结果 :用微柱凝胶技术和传统的试管抗人球技术对4150份受血者血样进行不规则抗体筛查 ,阳性率分别为0 .63 %(26/4150)和0 .48 %(20/4150) ,两法共同阳性20例 ,传统的试管抗人球技术有6例漏检 ,两种方法间差异有显著性 (P<0 .05)。结论 :微柱凝胶间接抗球蛋白作输血前抗体筛选 ,灵敏度高 ,结果可靠 ,操作简便 ,可以取代传统的试管抗人球技术 ,值得在临床推广。 Objective:To evaluate the applied value of micro-column gel agglutination assay(MGGA)in the irregular antibodies screening of the blood recipients.Methods:The erythrocytes in3to5donors with O blood group were mixed and washed to prepare antibodies screening cells.The double blind parallel test of antibody screening in the samples of4150recipients was performed by traditional tube anti-globulin technique and MGGA anti-globulin technique respectively,and the detectable rate of two methods was analysed and assessed.Results:In4150recipients,the positive rate of the irregular antibady screening by traditional tube anti-globulin technique and MGGA antglobulin technique was0.63%(26/4150)and0.48%(20/4150)respectively.Twenty samples were all positive by the two methods and six samples in the traditional tube anti-globulin technique showed false negative.There was significant difference in statistics between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:MGGA anti-globulin technique has higher sensibility and convenience in operation,and provides reliable results.It can replace the traditional tube anti-globulin technique.
