摘要
新型工业化作为一种区别于传统工业化的发展战略或发展模式, 首先就要从“民族”视角来超越传统工业, 即在推进新型工业化道路的过程中, 要以人为中心, 体现民族文化的特点, 其主旨是体现不同人的需求、不同人的发展和社会的进步。终极目标是通过工业化实现各民族经济社会的全面进步, 走向共同繁荣。
New industrialization, a development strategyor model different from the traditional one, depends on its transcendence over the traditionalindustrialization in the aspect of “ethnic groups”. The process of promoting new industrialization should be man-centered, and aims at displaying the traits of different ethnic cultures and at satisfying different needs and progress of different peoples and societies. Its final goal is the realization of an overall socio-economic development and prosperity of all ethnic groups through industrialization.
