摘要
为了提高回波损耗,尾纤端面从平端面发展到斜端面。因此,对尾纤端面角度进行检测具有重要的意义。面向尾纤自动检测的需要,本文提出了基于显微投影图像的端面角度检测方法。在建立尾纤端面投影模型的基础上,利用显微物镜、CCD图像传感器、图像采集卡和计算机构成的显微系统获取尾纤端面的显微投影图像。通过图像处理,得到尾纤的端面角度。
Bevelled pigtail endface adjusted from plane is applied to enhance return loss, so it is important to test the angle of pigtail endface. Facing auto-testing, a testing method of angle of pigtail endface based on microscopic projection image is presented. Microscopic projection image is captured with microscope system, which is composed of microscope objective, CCD image sensors, image card and computer after a projection model of the pigtail endface is founded. By image processing, the angle of pigtail endface is gained.
