摘要
采用劈裂抗拉强度试验分析了呋喃树脂混凝土的抗拉强度等力学性能,并利用有限元方法对呋喃树脂混凝土在电解槽中的应用及受力情况进行了一定的研究分析。结果表明在电解槽结构中使用呋喃树脂混凝土替代普通混凝土不仅仅在力学性能上完全能够满足要求,而且在防腐蚀性和耐久性上也有较大的提高。
This paper presents a study on the mechanical properties and applications of furan resin concrete,in which both the crack test and the finite element analyzes are adopted to investigate the tensile strength and applications in electrobath of furan resin concrete.The conclusions indicate that furan resin concrete to replace concrete not only can be satisfied with the mechanical properties,but also have higher load support capability and resistance to corrosion.
