摘要
讨论了熔接型触点式光纤液位传感器的污染问题,分析研究了传感头在水与油 2种不同介质中的污染情况;提出了在光纤传感头上利用液相沉积法(LPD):镀TiO2 薄膜来提高其抗污染能力的方法,并测试了镀TiO2 膜后的光纤传感头的抗污染性能。水中的实验表明:镀TiO2 膜后,光纤传感头的抗污染能力比镀膜前有显著提高。
The contamination mechanism of fusion fiber-optic single-point liquid-level sensor is studied.The contamination condition of the sensing head in two different working medium,oil and water,are tested respectively.The method that can improve resistance to pollution by coating technique of liquid phase deposition TiO_2 film on the surface of the fiber tip is presented,and the anti-pollution performance of the sensing head coated TiO_2 film is tested.The experimental results in the water indicate that the anti-pollution capacity of the coated fiber sensing head is much better than uncoated one.
