摘要
介绍了线阵CCD传感特性和CCD驱动时序;设计了一种新颖的基于嵌入式单片机的线阵CCD驱动电路、CCD输出模拟信号采集为一体的溶液质量分数检测系统。给出了该系统硬件原理图,分析了系统工作原理。通过CCD读取碱溶液的密度值,查表获取碱溶液的质量分数。
Linear CCD sensing characteristic and its driving timing are introduced.A novel linear CCD drive circuit based on embeded MCU is proposed,and liquid quality fraction detection system is elaborated,which is composed of CCD analog output signal acquisition.Hardware schematic diagram is given,as well as the operating principle of the system.The value of density of NaOH liquor is measured by CCD,and the quality fraction of NaOH liquor is got by table.
