摘要
通过采用对超声波信号波形进行采样及对所采样的数据进行相关信号处理的数字实现方法,克服了以往在设计超声波流量计时对几个关键电平的依赖,在降低电路设计难度的同时,大大增强了对干扰的抑制能力,有效地提高了流量计的测量精度和稳定性。实验证明:该数字式超声波流量计的精度接近0. 1%,性能稳定,有很好的实用前景。
An effective method is used to avoid interferences and improve the accuracy and the stability for the measurement of digital ultrasonic flowmeter through the way of sampling the signal wave and dealing with all the samples with digital correlating algorithm.This method also makes the ultrasonic flowmeter free from the electric voltages test in some key points in the circuit system,and the design of the electric circuit become easier.The simulation and experiment prove that the digital ultrasonic flowmeter system is of high stability and precision which can reach nearly 0.1%.The future of such a digital ultrasonic flowmeter will be excellent in the application.
