摘要
针对传统金属线胀系数测试方法存在的缺陷,介绍一种新颖的金属线胀系数实时非接触测量方法。该方法是利用反射式光纤位移传感器输出特性曲线的线性区实现微位移测量的原理,从而实现对金属线胀系数的测量,实验给出了测试结果:黄铜棒的线胀系数为 18. 81×10-6 /℃,铁棒的线胀系数为11. 69×10-6 /℃。该方法无论是操作过程还是测量精度都优于传统测量方法。
A novel method for non-contact measurement of the linear expansion coefficient of metal is presented in view of shortcoming in conventional methods.Because it has linear output response curve to detect micro-displacement,the linear expansion coefficient of metal can be measured by means of this optical fiber displacement sensor.Test results are demonstrated experimentally.The linear expansion coefficient of Cu is 18.81×10^(-6)/℃,Fe is 11.69×10^(-6)/℃.Results show that this method is better than conventional one for operation and measuring precision.
