摘要
目的:制定麻芩口服液的质量控制方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法对制剂中麻黄、甘草、黄芩进行定性鉴别,并用紫外分光光度法对制剂中的黄芩苷进行含量测定。结果:黄芩苷在4.0~12.0μg·ml-1浓度范围内与吸收度呈良好线性关系。其回归方程为:A=0.058C-0.028,r=0.9999,平均回收率为98.79%。结论:该含量测量方法准确可靠,重复性好,可用于制剂的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a standard of quality control of Maqing oral liquid. Method: Herba Ephedrae,Radix Glycrrhizae,Radix Seutellariae in the preparation were quantitatively identified by TLC.The content of baicalin in the preparation was determined by UV-spectrophotometry.Result: A good linear range was shown by baicalin at the concentration from (4.0) to (2.0) μg·ml^(-1).The average recovery was (98.79%).Conclusion: This method is accurate,reliable, and repeatable, and can be used for the quality control of this drug.
