间苯三酚注射液在输尿管镜检查中的应用

Application of Phloroglucinol Injection in Ureteroscope Examination

目的:探讨输尿管镜检查中使用间苯三酚注射液的临床价值。方法:将65例进行输尿管镜检查治疗的患者分为用药组33例38条输尿管和对照组32例35条输尿管,记录进镜难度、并发症、药物毒副作用,手术时间、术后住院时间及术后血尿时间。结果:进镜易与较易者用药组优于对照组,两者有统计学差异(P<0.05)。用药组未出现严重并发症,平均手术时间、术后住院时间及术后肉眼血尿时间分别为0.35±0.23h,4.1±0.9d和2.4±0.7d,对照组为0.71±0.52h,5.5±2.3d和3.3±1.1d,两者手术时间有显著统计学差异(P<0.01),术后住院时间及术后肉眼血尿时间有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:输尿管镜检查中使用间苯三酚注射液能降低进镜难度,提高检查治疗的成功率,减少输尿管损伤及重大并发症的发生。

Objective: To explore the clinic value of phloroglucinol injection in ureteroscope examination. Method: 38 ureters in 33 cases of patients who were injected in phloroglucinol injection 40 mg were experimental group and 35 ureters in 32 cases were served as controlled group.The difficulty of ureteroscope into ureter,complication,toxic reaction of drug, operative time,postoperative hospital stay and the time of postoperative hematuria were estimated. Result: The experimental group was easier than the controlled group (P<(0.05)) and no toxic reaction was found. The operative time was ((0.35)±(0.23))h in the experimental group and ((0.71)±(0.52))h in the controlled group(P<(0.01)). The postoperative hospital stay was ((4.1)±(0.9)) d in the experimental group and ((5.5)±(2.3)) d in the controlled group(P<(0.05)).The time of postoperative hematuria was ((2.4)±(0.7))d in the experimental group and ((3.3)±(1.1))d in the controlled group (P<(0.05)). Conclusion: The phloroglucinol injection was used in ureteroscope examination easy, could lessen the injury of uerter.
