复方替硝唑膜的制备及临床应用

Preparation and Its clinical Application of Compound Tinidazole Film

目的:探讨复方替硝唑膜的制备方法及质量控制标准,并观察其临床疗效。方法:对处方中主药成分进行定性鉴别,并通过与对照组进行对比考察其在口腔溃疡病中的临床治疗效果。结果:治疗组与对照组复发性阿弗他口腔溃疡和创伤性口腔溃疡用药后的观察指标分值均有下降,其平均下降分经秩和检验有显著性差异。结论:复方替硝唑膜临床疗效显著。

Objective: To study the preparing method and quality controlling standard of compound tinidazole film and to observe its clinic curative effect.Method: The components of main drugs in the prescription were qualitatively identified.The clinic effect of the film in the treatment of buccal canker was compared with the controled group.Result: The score values of recurrent aphthous buccal ulcer and traumatic buccal ulcer in the treated group and controlled group were declined clearly.The average dropping scores by rank sum test showed a distinct difference.Conclusion: The clinic curative effect of compound tinidazole film is obvious.
