新形势下 ,工程硕士研究生培养只有坚持“以人为本 ,质量至上”的思想 ,与时俱进提高培养质量 ,才能实现工程硕士研究生的培养目标。本文从工程硕士教育体系、监督机制和环境建设等几个方面进行论述 ,对如何提高工程硕士培养质量提出了自己的观点。

This article brings forward only to insist on 'man is core,quality is first' during cultivation of engineering masters under the current circumstances,improve cultivation quality as time develops,so as to put into practice the aim of cultivation. This article discusses on education system and direct mechanism of the engineering masters, environment developments and so on, so as to strengthen the cultivation quality of engineering masters,and bring up the own considers and viewpoint.
