论述了大学生信息素质教育的必要性、内容及途径。其必要性包括时代发展的需要 ,高等教育改革的需要 ,信息资源剧增的需要 ;其内容包括信息意识教育 ,信息道德教育 ,信息知识教育 ,信息能力教育 ;其途径包括建立必要的服务措施 ,充分发挥图书馆主页的作用 ,加强文献检索课教学等六个方面。

This essay deals with the necessity, the contents and the way to do of the information competence education in college. Time, education reformation and information resource increasing need it. The education of it includes information idea, information morality, information knowledge and information capability. In order to realize it, we should do sth in the service way, the homepage of library, information retrieval etc.
