Rule of Virtue, Moral Education and the Building of Teachers' Ethics

分析了德治的概念、作用及实施“以德治校”的重要意义 ,阐述了德育的概念及高校德育的功能和作用 ,论述了师德建设的内涵以及在“以德治校”和德育工作中的重要作用。

The author analyzes the concept and function of rule of virtue as well as the significance in carrying out ruling schools by virtue in this paper. The concept of moral education and its function in colleges and universities is expounded. The content of the building of teachers' ethics and its major function in moral education and “ruling schools by virtue” is also clarified.
