摘要
情绪是指人对客体是否和自身需求相一致而产生的体验。情绪情感是动机的源泉之一 ,它能够激励人的活动 ,提高人的活动效率。带有挑战性的情绪支配下的人 ,精力特别充沛 ,学习活动的主动性和积极性能够达到前所未有的水平 ;同样紧张情绪虽被划归到对情绪起消极作用之列 ,但却不是对学习活动绝对没一点好处的。在一定的条件下 ,情绪对于人的积极性的激发起着非常重要的作用 ,它贯穿在人的学习活动全过程之中 ,没有良好的情绪 ,就没有良好工作效果。适度紧张情绪 ,对学习活动也有促进作用。

The mood emotion is one of the sources of the motive, it can encourage people's activity , improve people's activity efficiency.Persons who under the mood with challenge controls , has very plentiful energy ,his study initiative of the activity and positive performance will reach to an unprecedented level; Although tense mood is incorporate into mood plays a passive role to to get to , but have some advantages to the activity of studying. Under certain condition, exciting mood plays a very important role to people's enthusiasm, it runs through the whole course of studying activity. Does not have good mood , there is not a good working result. Appropriate tense mood , have promote to the activity of studying. How to adjust mood, make it develop to orientations a good direction, improve learning efficiency as high as possible, serving for learning.
