摘要
借鉴西方经典的激励理论, 分析我国目前事业单位在激励机制方面存在着物质激励与精神激励失衡、平均主义和官僚主义严重、考核流于形式等弊端, 并提出从物质激励和精神激励相结合以及认真组织年度考核两方面加以改进的建议。
Based on the classic motivation theories of the west,this paper criticizes the unsatisfactory motivation working in Chinese institutions such as poor use of material or non-material motivation,equalitarianism that awards the sterile,bureaucratic style and superficial performance assessment.It suggests that effective motivational mechanism be realized through a proper combination of material and non-material impetus and through revealing annual reviews.
