闽南金三角崛起的基础与发展战略构想

Strategies in Rise of South Fujian Delta

90年代末以来, 闽南地区在全国经济发展格局中相对缓慢, 呈现被“边缘化”的倾向。但闽南地区仍具有发展的各种优势, 如完善的基础设施、闽台交流、港口经济和制造业发达等。为此, 应进一步发挥自身的区域优势和产业优势, 把本地区建设成为城市的新区和重要功能区、外资民资的集聚区、先进制造业基地的核心区和体制机制创新的试验区。必须以发展产业集群、进行城市分工与协作、做大做强中心城市以及产业升级外向推动为战略举措, 加快闽南的崛起, 使之成为全省乃至我国重要的增长极之一和海峡西岸经济区的一颗明珠。

South Fujian has slowed down in its economic growth for the past decade for all its advantages of good capital construction,convenient communication with Taiwan,well-developed port and manufacturing business.This paper maintains that the rise of South Fujian Delta demands a better play of its regional and industrial strengths and a stress on the overall development of key functional districts,overseas and non-state-owned capital intensive districts, core manufacturing districts and trial districts for new mechanism. Strategies recommended also include industry clusters, urban division and coordination, central city construction and industrial upgrading and going global.
