摘要
适时修改《外贸法》是我国外贸体制改革和外贸可持续发展的客观要求。新《外贸法》将鼓励更多企业参与国际市场竞争, 提供合理的贸易保护措施为企业营造公平竞争的环境, 并实施更多的贸易促进政策以增强企业国际竞争力。
Timely amending the Trade Law is a must for China's foreign trade system reform and the sustainable development of foreign trade business.The new Trade Law will encourage more enterprises to participate in the international competition through fair trade protection and more trade promotion to them.
