从核心竞争力的含义及特性出发,抽绎出差异化的概念。在分析高校研究和实践中的泛综合化现象,差异化实施的可能性、必要性以及实施的基本原则的基础上,从大学内部、大学之间、大学与政府、大学与社会四个角度阐释了差异化战略。
From discussing the meanings and characteristics of core competence, the paper draws out the concept of diversity. In pointing out the overuse of synthesis in research and the practice in current higher education, it elaborates the possibility and necessity of diversity. Some basic principles of diversity are discussed, and strategies for diversity are elaborated from the perspectives of the university itself, between universities, between the university and the government, and the university and the society.
