摘要
大学生心理健康教育问题正日益受到人们的关注和研究。构建大学生危机干预网络体系,可以使我们掌握大学生心理危机并及时进行干预,帮助大学生提高危机应对能力,迅速从危机情境中解脱出来,积极地对待学习和生活。探讨大学生心理危机及其表现形式、危机干预网络体系的构建对提高心理健康教育水平大有裨益。
The research of college students' mental health has interested more and more people. To construct the net system of crisis intervention and to carry out psychological work effectively in higher institutions can help us grasp and intervene the psychological crisis of college students, help them strengthen their abilities to get out of the crisis and hold positive attitudes towards life and study. Based on the common problems that bother students, this article discusses the significance of constructing a net system of the crisis intervention to improve students mental health.
