十六届四中全会提出社会主义和谐社会理论,是对全面建设小康社会的再认识。和谐社会的宗旨在 于以人为本,目的是促进人与社会、自然、人、自身的和谐共生,减少社会发展中因人为的因素所付出的代 价,促进人的全面发展和社会进步。
The theory of harmony society,put out by the 4th plenary session of 16th CPC Central Committee,is to realize the aim at building a well-to-do society.Harmony society is a human-oriented society,in which harmony exists between human and society,human and nature,human himself,the costs of social development are reduced to the minimum,and the full development of human and social progress are promoted.
