摘要
儒学并不等于中国文化的全部,但中国文化离不开儒学。儒学文化的精神内涵可以概括为:“仁爱”、 “集体主义”、“中和协调”、“积极上进”等。这一切对于理性发达,人文价值观等有匡正的作用,更对于决 策、管理、行政、效率等的提高和成熟有着现实意义。
Confucianism is not all of Chinese culture, but Chinese culture can't go without Confucianism. Its spiritual connotation can be summarized in:“humanity”,“collective spirit”, “golden mean” and “strive to make progress”, etc. All of this spiritual connotation plays a corrected role in rations and outlook of human value, and is of realistic meaning to improve the making-decision, management, administration and effective.
