人口、制度变迁与工业化模式的新思考——兼论我国“人力资本推动下的制度创新增长模式”的形成机理

Ponderation on Population,System Changes and the Model of Industrialization——A Concurrent Talk About the Shaping Mechanism on System Innovation Increasing Model Pushed by Manpower Capital

本文将人口、制度变迁与工业化三个经济变量有机地结合起来,说明人口压力是制度创新的动力。正是在以大批企业家为主体的人力资本的推动下,形成了改革开放后我国东部沿海制度创新的浪潮,加快了我国工业化的进程。提出了"人力资本推动下的制度创新增长"新模式,并主要对其形成机理进行了探索。

The article connects population、system alteration with industrialization,It points out that population pressure is the power to system creation.It is just pushed by manpower capital with the mass enterprisers as the main tody,and forms the waves of system innovation taking shape in the southeast seashore of our country after reform and opening-up,which speeds up our industrialization.The article poses the new model on system innovation increasing model pushed by manpower capital and studies mainly its forming mechanism.
