摘要
企业年金制度复杂,各机构之间联动性强,因而需要设计严格合理的准入退出机制。对市场参与者设置的准入标准包括机构准入标准、业务准入标准、高级管理人员的准入标准等。对企业年金的终止必须谨慎,要以保护企业年金受益人为最大目的。企业年金的终止必须向监管机关申请,获准后在企业和监管机关的监督下对企业年金进行资产清算,职工可以根据自身情况提取或者保留个人资产;企业如遇到兼并、分立等情况时企业年金也相应进行合并或者分立,对计划方案作相应调整。
Since the institution of occupational pension fund is very complicated and the interaction between various agencies is very strong, it's necessary to design a strict and reasonable mechanism of entry and withdrawal. The admission standards for the market participants include the standards for agencies, business and superior managers. It should be cautious to end up the occupational pension fund for the protection of beneficiary. The ending of occupational pension fund should apply to the supervision agencies. The assets are to be clearing under the supervision of enterprises and supervisory agencies. The staffs can maintain individual assets according to their conditions. The occupational pension fund should be merged and divided in accordance with the merge and division of enterprises and the planning procedures are to be adjusted.
