企业家社会网络与中小企业成长——结合华中地区的实证分析

Entrepreneurs' Social Network and SMEs Growing:An Empirical Analysis of the Area of Central China

本文结合对华中地区中小企业的调查,对企业家社会网络在社会资本的理论框架内进行了定义,并利用计量经济学中的ANOVA模型分析了企业家社会网络对企业成长的贡献。研究发现,在转型期制度经济环境下,企业家的社会网络对于中小企业成长有着积极的促进作用。

By the investigation of the small and medium-sized enterprises in Central China, this paper defines entrepreneur's social network in the framework of theory of the social capital and to analyze the entrepreneurs' social contributions to the growing up in enterprises of network by ANOVA Model in econometrics. The study shows that entrepreneurs' social network plays a positive role in the SMES growing under the economic environmont of institutional transition.
