试析席勒的审美乌托邦理论

On the Aesthetic Utopia Theory of Schiller

席勒审美乌托邦理论起于法国大革命后席勒对人性堕落问题的发现。通过对人性现状的描述和对人性的抽象分析,席勒认为,只有审美才能弥合人性的分裂,只有超越现实的艺术才能为人性的改造提供有效的武器。他试图以人的审美冲动建立起审美王国,以实现人的自由。然而这只是一个审美乌托邦,注定在现实中无法实现。

Aesthetic Utopia theory of Schiller began from the question of Human Nature which Schiller found after France Revolution.Through describing the human nature in the life and analysing the abstract human nature,Schiller thought that only the aesthetic action could solve the question of human nature and only the art which surpassed the reality could reform characters by providing the real thought resources.He wanted to set up the aesthetic kingdom by aesthetic impulse of people,which leaded to realize the freedom.However,this was an Aesthetic Utopia which could not be true in the fact.
