肱骨近端骨折锁定加压接骨板术后肩关节功能的康复治疗

Rehabilitation of shoulder joint after operation of locked compressive steel plate to fracture of humeral proximal end

目的 探讨锁定加压接骨板 (LCP)治疗肱骨近端骨折术后早期肩关节功能锻炼的方法。方法 对 2 0 0 3年 5月～ 2 0 0 4年 3月接受小切口LCP内固定治疗的 16例肱骨近端骨折病人 ,术后分阶段进行肩关节功能锻炼。结果 根据肩关节疾患治疗成绩判断标准评分 ,2例 <5 0岁病人评分为 (93.0 0± 4 .6 6 )分 ,3例 5 0～ 6 0岁病人评分为 (85 .0 0± 4 .6 6 )分 ,5例 6 1～ 70岁病人评分为(76 .0 0± 5 .6 6 )分 ,6例 >70岁病人评分为 (72 .0 0± 5 .6 6 )分。结论 小切口LCP治疗肱骨近端骨折 ,肩关节可早期进行康复训练 ,早期功能锻炼明显有利于肩关节功能的恢复。

Objective\ To discuss the method of early dirigation of shoulder joint after operation of locked compressive steel plate to fracture of humeral proximal end. Method To choose 16 cases with fracture of humeral proximal end to take postoperative step dirigation of shoulder joint, who take inner fixation of LCP by small incision from May of 2003 to March of 2004. Result According to curing resuld of shoulder joint, the grade of 2 cases<50 years old is(93.00±4.66), 3 cases of 50～60 years old is (85.00±4.66),5 cases of 61～70 years old is (76.00±5.66),6 cases>70 years old is(72.00±5.66). Conclusion To cure fracture of humeral promixal end by LCP in small incision, shoulder can take early rehabilitation which is obviously benefit for recovery of shoulder joint function.
