It is prerequisite and foundation to set up the institutional ethics c ommittee of ART medicine that hold an proper scale and structure in order to let the ethics committee playing a key role effectively. In terms of our reality , some current practices and guidelines of international organizations for ethical committee, it is important to give the suggestions and guidelines on scale and structure of the committee of our country to guarantee the ethics committee fu lfilling its functions as its main mission.
