摘要
在描述机内流动、各种损失与压升的物理模型的基础上,建立了多级轴流压缩机设计工况下性能预测模型,并以设计工况点的实测性能参数来确定模型中的修正系数组.在系数的确定中,建立了该预测模型的优化目标函数,并采用单纯形法得到了优化的修正系数组.由此建立的预测模型不仅可以很好地预测设计点的性能,同时也能较好地预测非设计工况的性能.通过比较某11级轴流压缩机性能预测数据与实际运行数据,表明了该预测模型具有良好的精度与工程应用可靠性.
Based on the physical model for internal flow, losses and pressure increase, a predicting model for overall performance of multistage axial-flow compressors was established. The operating data at designed condition were used to decide the modified coefficients of the model. The optimization method is used to decide the modified coefficients and the optimization objective function is built by simplex method. The model is not only for the performance at the designed condition but also for the off-designed conditions. Finally, a comparison between the testing results and the prediction results of a certain 11-stages axial compressor was made to prove the superiority of the prediction model and its practicability.
