立式陈列柜空气流动与热湿交换的整体模型 被引量:5

摘要 分析了旧模型的一些缺陷,综合考虑了陈列柜蒸发器、风机、搁架和保温层的影响,采用整体模型对立式陈列柜的空气流动与热湿交换进行了数值模拟.其中,蒸发器的总换热系数、蒸发温度和压力损失按实测处理;风机的压头按样本确定;搁架和保温层的物性参数按实际数值赋值;柜内空气部分仍按传统的K—ε模型模拟.通过对第一层搁架外端风幕温度的计算结果分析发现,与旧模型比较,整体模型与实验结果更加吻合,能够更好地模拟陈列柜的空气流动与热湿交换. Considering the influence of evaporator, fan, shelves and insulated layers, an integrated model was used to simulate the air flow and heat & humidity transfer in a vertical display case. In the model, the total heat transfer coefficient, evaporation temperature and pressure loss of evaporator are measured, the pressure head of fan is from instruction book, the physical property parameters of shelves and insulated layers are assigned by themselves, the air of display case is still simulated by traditional K—ε model. The computational results show that the integrated model is more agreeable to the experiment than the old one, which demonstrates that the integrated model can simulate the air flow and heat & humidity transfer in a vertical display case better than the old one.
