摘要
在钱伟长教授对旋转壳抗扭刚度的薄膜解的基础上,推导出U型和C型波纹管抗扭刚度的积分计算公式,指出相应EJMA标准计算公式的不足之处,给出相应的修正公式.选用波纹管试件,采用上述计算方法分别计算,并用有限元分析进行了验证.结果表明,采用积分法得到的抗扭刚度,与有限元分析结果几乎完全一致;采用EJMA标准计算的结果比前两者低很多;而其修正公式得到的结果与前两者较接近.
Based on Professor Chien's membrane solution for torsional stiffness of revolutional shell, integration formulas for torsional stiffness of U-shaped and C-shaped bellows were derived. Disadvantage of the corresponding EJMA standard formula was pointed out and a modified pattern was given. The above methods are used to calculate some bellows specimens, and verified by finite element analysis (FEA). The results show that the torsional stiffness of these specimens using integration method is nearly the same as those from FEA, while those using EJMA formula are rather lower than the two former, and the results using its modified pattern are close to the two former.
