齿轮箱减振效果评估测试研究 被引量:4

摘要 齿轮箱是船舶动力装置的一个重要部件,常因振动而出现故障,也是舰船振动与噪声的主要根源之一,所以必须要对其进行减振处理。对某型齿轮箱振动烈度和振级落差进行了测试,详细分析了测试结果,对该齿轮箱的减振效果进行了评估,结果表明该齿轮箱的减振措施达到了预期的效果。最后,还对测试提出了建议。 Gear box is an important part of ship power plant which usually leads to faults because of its vibration, it is also one of the important sources of ship vibration and noise, so it must be made vibration reduction treatments. After the measurement of vibration severity and vibration level difference of some kind of gearbox, the measuring results are presented in detail. Effect of vibration reduction is evaluated, the result of measurement indicates that vibration reduction reached the prospective effect. Some advice for the measurement is given finally.
