摘要
汽车后桥是汽车的关键部件之一,在其出厂前要进行严格的质量检测。采用小波包能量法提取后桥的运行状态特征参数并确定其质量检测阈值,若检测过程中提取的参数值在阈值允许范围内则产品合格,这种方法能够完成自动检测,应用构建的虚拟仪器很好的实现了这一点,更适合现代化生产的需要。
The Rear Bridge is one of the key parts of the auomobile, so it is necessary to inspect it strictly before Rear Bridge leave factory. In this paper, wavelet packet energy method was adopted to extract the quality inspection parameter of the Rear Bridge. If the parameter is in the range of the threshold then the product is quaified. The method can realize auto inspection, and suit the need of the modemization production more.
