离子吸脱法从脱脂米糠中提取植酸的研究

Study on production of phytic acid from delipid rice bran by ion exchange

本实验以脱脂米糠为原料,通过酸浸、离子交换吸附、洗脱、精制、浓缩过程制得植酸。试验结果表明,离子吸脱法从脱脂米糠中提取植酸的最佳工艺条件为:碱洗脱的流速为2Bv/h,碱液浓度为2mol/L,操作温度为45℃,pH为3.0。

The phytic acid was extracted from delipid rice bran by immersion,ion exchange resin,purification and vaccum evaporation in this paper. The results show that better extracting condition by ion-exchange was NaOH solvent concentration 2moL/L, NaOH solvent flow rate of 2Bv/h , pH3.0 and temperature 45℃.
