阐述了施工阶段进度控制的方法 ,分析了造成施工阶段进度拖延的原因 ,提出了监理工程师做好进度控制的措施 ,指出预控是完成施工阶段工程进度控制的重要手段。

This paper introduces schedule control method in construction stage and analyzes the reasons caused the delay of progress. Corresponding control measures are proposed for supervision engineers. In the end author points out that pre-control is one important means for schedule control in construction stage.
