摘要
介绍一种与成像测井高速遥传系统配接的新型岩性密度测井仪SL6228,仪器采用双MPU架构和基于CPLD的数字系统设计,在不使用FIFO器件和仅使用普通单端口RAM情况下可达到很高的脉冲处理性能,实现了数据遥传与Eclips5700和SL6000系统的WTS完全兼容。全部采用军用标准器件,具有很好的耐温指标和稳定性。重点介绍仪器的设计方案和分析数字控制部件及软件的功能。
A new litho-density logging tool, named SL6228, is described. It is designed for operating with high speed telemetry system of imaging logging unit. It uses dual-MPU configuration and is designed with CPLD-based digital system so that it has higher performance in pulse processing without FIFO device or only with dual-port RAM as buffer memory. It is only because of the above new design concept that the tool makes the high speed data transmission completely compatible with Eclips 5700 system and WTS in SL6000 logging system. Being used military standard devices, it has better anti-temperature performance and higher stability. The tool′s design scheme, functions of its digital control components and software are mainly discussed.
