摘要  目的 探讨高脂饮食诱导雌性SD大鼠肥胖易感性的差异及原因。方法 36 只雌性 SD大鼠按体重随机分为高脂实验组和基础对照组, 分别给予高脂饲料和基础饲料 13 周。实验结束时, 根据体重将高脂实验组大鼠分为饮食诱导肥胖 (DIO) 和饮食诱导肥胖抵抗 (DIO R) 大鼠, 比较各组相关指标的差异。结果 DIO大鼠体重、体长、Lee指数、脂肪湿重、脂体比、脏体比、热能摄入量、能量利用率等指标与对照组和DIO R大鼠相比均有显著性差异(均P<0 .05), DIO R大鼠与对照组相比均无显著性差异 (均P>0 .05)。结论 ①含热量 19. 33 kJ/g的高脂饲料对雌性SD大鼠有致肥胖作用。②同种系、同性别大鼠对高脂饮食诱导的肥胖易感性存在明显的个体差异, 这种差异与热能摄入量和能量利用率等因素密切相关。 Objective To explore the difference of susceptibility to high-fat diet induced obesity in female SD rats and causes. Methods Thirty-six female SD rats were randomly divided into high-fat diet group (n=27) and normal control group (n=9), receiving high-fat diet and standard diet respectively for 13 weeks. At the end of the experiment, the high-fat diet group was divided into dietary induced obesity (DIO) and dietary induced obesity resistant (DIO-R) subgroups according to the final body weight. Body weight, caloric intake, energy efficiency and other related parameters were measured and compared. Results The levels of body weight, body length,Lee index, fat deposits, fat relative weight, organs relative weight, caloric intake and energy efficiency were significantly higher in DIO subgroup than those in DIO-R subgroup or control group, while no significant difference was found between DIO-R subgroup and control group. Conclusion High-fat diet (19.33 kJ/g) can induce obesity in female SD rats. There is different susceptibility to high-fat diet-induced obesity among individual rats of the same species and sex, which is closely correlated with the caloric intake and energy efficiency.
