武汉市社区人群心血管疾病危险因素分布现状研究

Distribution of Risk Factors for Cardiovascular Diseases in Wuhan Community Population

目的 了解武汉市社区人群心血管疾病危险因素的分布现状。方法 以社区为基础人群的心血管疾病危险因素的问卷调查和有关生化指标的检测, 运用SAS 8 12软件进行统计分析。结果 ①武汉市社区人群总胆固醇水平女性存在明显的随年龄增长而增长的趋势, 高密度脂蛋白女性高于男性, 低密度脂蛋白存在双向性特征。②武汉市社区人群男女性别高血压患病率均高于全国平均水平, 标化后, 男性为21. 08%, 女性为19. 01%, 男性略高于女性 (P>0 .05)。45岁以前男性高于女性 (P<0. 01), 患病率性别比为 2 67∶1; 45 岁后, 两性别患病率相近 (P>0 05)。③体重指数和腰臀围比均高于全国平均水平, 并且均是男性高于女性 (P<0 .01)。结论 武汉市社区人群心血管疾病危险因素水平高于全国平均水平, 亟须开展心血管疾病的综合防治工作。

Objective To analyze the status of the distribution of the risk factors for cardiovascular diseases. Methods The risk factors for cardiovascular diseases were surveyed by a questionnaire in the community-based population in Wuhan city and the related biochemical indexes tested. The SAS 8.12 software was used to perform statistical analysis. Results ①The levels of TC were increased with the increase of age in Wuhan community females. The level of HDL in women was higher than that in men,while the level of LDL showed a property of two-direction.②The prevalence of hypertension in the Wuhan community population was 21.08 % in men and 19.01 % in women (P>0.05), both higher than the mean level of the population of China. The prevalence of hypertension in men was higher than in women before 45 years old (P<0.01). The gender ratio of prevalence was 2.67∶1.The prevalence had no statistical difference after 45 years old (P>0.05).③Body mass index (BMI) and waist to hip ratio (WHR) of the men were both higher than those of the women (P<0.01). They were both higher than the mean level of the population of China. Conclusion It is necessary to perform a comprehensive prevention and treatment on cardiovascular diseases in the Wuhan community population.
