周围神经损伤治疗的新方法——神经干细胞移植

摘要 神经干细胞是一群较原始的、能自我更新并具有多种分化潜能的细胞,可分化为神经元、星形胶质细 胞、少突胶质细胞,在特定条件下还可分化为类施旺样细胞。现已证明周围神经的再生能力主要归功于施旺细胞。 利用神经干细胞移植来促进周围神经再生,可为周围神经损伤的治疗提供一种新的手段。
