摘要
在解读医学DICOM 3.0影像文件格式的基础上 ,获取DICOM图片文件中存储的有关文件信息 ,据此信息提取CT图像边缘轮廓。采用三次均匀B样条曲线拟合轮廓 ,完成轮廓矢量化并对所有的截面数据进行重新排列 ,形成规则的三维数据场。用基于体素的等值面法实现CT图像的三维重建 ,用OpenGL技术对三维实体进行真实感图形显示。
The study discussed a technique of how to get information stored in the DICOM images and gain contours of CT images, based on reading the format of medical DICOM images. It also discussed how to simulate the profile and realize profile vectorization by adopting average B-spline and how to rearrange the data of all the sections and form regular 3D data field according to the space between the sections obtained from DICOM images then realized the 3D reconstruction of CT images by using marching cubes algorithm. Last but not least it discussed how to display the 3D solid by using OpenGL technique.
