针对现代图书馆内外部环境的变化对其产生的影响 ,分析了我国现代图书馆所面临的现实危机和潜在危机 ,指出了现代图书馆应如何进行危机管理以应对这种危机和挑战并不断在危机管理中寻求发展和壮大。
