近年来 ,蛋白质、多肽类药物广泛应用于各类疾病的治疗。本文对聚乙二醇修饰的蛋白质及蛋白质类药物控制释放这两大体系的研究进展做了较系统的总结和评述 ,并就更高级的靶向、易吸收的蛋白质药物体系的发展进行了展望。
