摘要
就编辑素质、编辑工作程序、工作时间这三方面来阐述如何提高科技期刊学术质量和保证刊物正常发展,并举例说明这三个方面协调的重要性.
The paper discusses how to improve the quality and ensure sound development of journals from three aspects: quality of editor, working procedure and time. Examples are given to illustrate significance of coordination of the three aspects.
