摘要
根据《地震行业标准体系表》(DB/T12000)和2002年及2004年国家科技部项目《数字化地震前兆观测技术标准》实施过程中得到的认识,运用标准体系的原理和建立标准体系的原则与方法,研究和分析了地震观测标准子体系的结构和层次划分以及地震观测专业通用标准和地震观测门类通用标准,为进一步修订地震行业标准体系表提出了建议性的结论。
Based on systematic theory,the principles and methods for establishing standard systems, GB/T1-2000 named 'standard system table for earthquake professional standard',and the enlightenments and experiences from the application of 'the technical standard for digitized seismic precursor observation' by the Ministry of seismic and Technology in 2002 and 2004,we had researched and analyzed the units,structure,level classification,the general standards for seismic observation class.Suggestions for establishing the subsystem of seismic observation standard had been proposed.
