结合大港油田集团路桥工程有限责任公司质量管理体系运行的管理经验,阐述了公路工程施工企业要切实做好质量管理体系运行,应重点抓好过程确认、不合格控制、数据分析,做好管理评审,真正将质量管理体系运行工作做到实处。
In light of the management experience of operating quality management system in the Road & Bridge Engineering Co. Ltd, Dagang Oilfield Group, a discussion is made of the key points for quality control in road engineering construction enterprises, i.e. process identification, non-conformity control, data analysis, and management assessment.
