医学生焦虑、抑郁与个性特征的关系研究 被引量:12

摘要 目的 探讨医学生焦虑、抑郁与个性特征的关系 ,为针对性开展心理咨询及心理健康教育提供参考。方法 采用艾森克个性问卷 (EPQ)、焦虑自评量表 (SAS)与抑郁自评量表 (SDS)对医学生 2 71名进行问卷调查。结果 医学生焦虑、抑郁的检出率分别为 1 4 .8%和2 3 .2 %,男生均高于女生 ,其中焦虑检出率差异有显著性 ,相关分析结果SAS与SDS ,EPQ -P ,EPQ -N成正相关 ,与EPQ -E ,EPQ -L成负相关 ;SDS与SAS ,EPQ -P ,EPQ -N成正相关 ,与EPQ -E ,EPQ -L成负相关。多因素Logistic回归分析显示影响焦虑的因素主要有EPQ -P ,EPQ -N和性别 ,影响抑郁的因素主要有EPQ -P和EPQ -N。结论 医学生存在焦虑、抑郁等心理问题 ,焦虑、抑郁的发生与个性特征有关联。 Objective To discuss the relationship of medical students' anxiety, depression and individuality,and to provide reference for counseling and education of mental health. Methods 271 medical students were investigated with Eysenck Personality Questionnaire, Self-rating Anxiety Scale and Self-rating Depression Scale. Results The positive rates of anxiety and depression were respectively 14.8% and 23.2%,male students was higher than female students,significant difference was found in the anxiety positive rate between male and female. Related analysis results indicated that SAS was positively correlated with SDS, EPQ-P, EPQ-N and negatively correlated with EPQ-E, EPQ-L. SDS was positively correlated with SAS, EPQ-E, EPQ-N and negatively correlated with EPQ-E and EPQ-L. Multi-factors logistic regressive analysis indicated that the factors which influenced the students' anxiety were mainly EPQ-P, EPQ-N and gender, while the factors which influenced the students' depression were mainly EPQ-P and EPQ-N. Conclusion Medical students have the problems of anxiety and depression, and the incidence of anxiety and depression are correlated with individuality.
