摘要 分别利用磁轴承的线性化模型和非线性有限元法 (FEM)计算转子偏心时对磁力、电流刚度和位置刚度的影响,并通过算例进行了比较. 结果表明,线性化模型不能完全预测主动磁轴承当转子偏心时的性能,而非线性FEM可以有效的解决这个问题,计算结果与实际情况更接近,从而为分析和设计主动磁轴承提供有力的依据. Load capacity, stiffness (current stiffness and position stiffness) are primary performance criterions of an active magnetic bearing (AMB) system. In this paper, the parameters of a linear model of radial magnetic bearings are calculated with eccentricities, and also use a nonlinear two-dimensional (2-D) finite element method (FEM) to calculated the parameters with same eccentricities, predict the force versus control current characteristics of a radial active magnetic bearing, the current stiffness and position stiffness are also calculated with eccentricities at different operation points, the magnetic field plot is showed, and predict the load capacity of the AMB. With these information, a radial active magnetic bearing can be analyzed and designed.
