摘要
应用动态显式有限元算法对使用弹性介质的多点成形过程进行数值模拟研究,分析成形过程中产生的压痕缺陷. 弹性介质的厚度和弹性模量等参数是影响成形性能的重要因素;对不同厚度和弹性模量的弹性介质在成形过程中对压痕的抑制作用进行对比分析,探讨合适的弹性介质参数.
Multi-point forming with the elastic medium can be applied to the forming of three-dimensional surface part of thin sheet metal and be considered as deformation with no defects. In this paper, the numerical simulation study adopting dynamic explicit algorithm FEM is carried out to analyze the multi-point forming process with the elastic medium cushion, and the analysis on the dimple defect is proposed. The thickness and elastic modulus of the elastic medium are important functional factors which influence the forming ability and quality. The different thickness and elastic modulus of elastic medium are discussed and compared in details; finally the best parameters are suggested for the forming process.
