摘要
研究了基于三维模型的工件定位特征识别和定位方案的自动推理算法.给出了基于三维模型的候选定位特征信息的自动提取与分析算法,提出了基于规则推理与模糊评判相结合的工件定位方案推理算法.该算法基于已知信息确定候选定位模式,根据候选定位模式以及加工信息推理定位基准选择范围,并采用模糊评判算法对候选基准进行优化选择.并用实例对该方法的有效性进行了验证.
Approach for locating feature recognition and locating design automation is studied. 3D model based locating feature retrieval and analysis algorithm are presented. A novel part locating reasoning model based on rule reasoning and fuzzy judgment is proposed. The reason model gets the locating mode first and then infers the selection range of locating surface. Optimally selects of locating surface apply by fuzzy judgment algorithm. A case study is presented to verify the proposed approach.
