摘要
为研制具有扩大培养和固定化两种功能的载体材料,以微生物的数量作为检测指标,考察了载体的种类、配比、温度和载体水分含量等单因素对载体吸菌量的影响.实验结果表明:混合载体比单一载体吸菌效果好,更适合于微生物的生长繁殖.不同温度和载体水分含量对吸菌量也有一定的影响.采用本实验所选择的最适条件,将通过网孔尺寸为0.420 mm分样筛的麦麸、麦壳、锯末、活性炭和砖粉按一定比例混合,将含水量控制在50%(质量分数)左右,在30℃进行发酵和固定化制成固态菌剂,每克含菌量可达到4×108~5×108.
The article mainly studies on carrier, which has culture and immobilization function. The kinds of carrier, ratio, temperature and moisture are studied by means of considering the numbers of XM microbial community as testing indexes. The result shows that mixed carrier is better than one carrier. The mixed carrier not only absorbed more bacteria, but also was appreciably in growth of reproduction. The temperature and the moisture all have effect on the numbers of immobilization microbial. The numbers of bacteria in mixed carrier of 1 g reached 0.4-0.5 billion in fit conditions.
